I have no idea if anyone will even read this but I’m a big fan of blogging and I think it will really help with my weight loss.
I’m at the stage of my life where I’m nearly 30 so I really need to lose that university weight- it’s been 10 years! Me and Phil in the next year or two want to start thinking of a family and I do not want to be an overweight mum. My ultimate goal is to get to a healthy BMI. You can read more about me in the "About Me" section.
Here are a couple of things I’m looking forward to:
- Wearing shorts other than the tummy control pants!
- I’d love to start running
- Be a Yoga queen!
- To be able to buy clothes from any shop
- To feel comfortable in a bathing suit
- Wearing skinny jeans!
Today me and Phil are clearing the double bed out of our guest room. It is hardly used and ends up as a dumping ground for laundry! We are going to put a small sofa bed in there instead. I'm going to make it a bit of a sanctuary. A place I can read but more importantly work out. So I can do some turbofire, practice yoga etc.
